Real-time financial tracking

Access to a summary of all expenses (training, veterinary, farrier, transport) and accumulated prize money.

Direct communication

A direct line to your Racing Manager for any question, at any time. No intermediary, no delay.

Who is this for?

A

Busy professionals

You run a business, travel frequently or simply do not have time to follow your horse day to day. Racing Management handles everything: calls with the trainer, entry decisions, veterinary follow-up. You receive a clear, regular summary without needing to dedicate your mornings to it. Several of our clients manage their horses from Paris, London or Geneva without ever missing a beat.

B

International owners

Racing in France from abroad is entirely possible, but you need a reliable contact on the ground. We act as the link between you and the trainer, translate exchanges where necessary and represent you at the racecourse on race days. When you visit France, we organise your trips to the yard and the paddock.

C

First-time owners

When you are new to racing, you do not always know which questions to ask the trainer, when to enter your horse or how to read race conditions. The Racing Manager bridges the gap between the technical language of the sport and your understanding. We explain every decision, every option. Within a few months, you will be able to follow a race programme on your own.

D

Syndicates and co-ownerships

When a horse has 5, 10 or 20 co-owners, communication quickly becomes a problem. Who makes the decisions? Who gets the updates? The Racing Manager centralises everything: a single point of contact for the trainer, a WhatsApp group for all partners, a monthly report with a breakdown of costs and prize money per share. It is the only way to run a syndicate without things getting complicated.

A typical day with TS Bloodstock

Morning: training update

Around 10am, the trainer sends a message on the horse's WhatsApp group. A video of the morning gallop, a note on fitness, sometimes a photo on the horse walker. The Racing Manager relays the information, translates the jargon where needed and flags anything worth noting: a horse that worked particularly well, a minor treatment to schedule, a change of plan.

Afternoon: decisions and strategy

Entry decisions are typically made in the early afternoon. A horse is entered for a race next Saturday: is it the right time to run? Does the expected ground suit the horse? Which jockey is available? The Racing Manager discusses options with the trainer, weighs up the alternatives and presents a recommendation. You give the green light or we adjust together.

Race day: from paddock to post

On race day, you receive a full briefing before the race: fitness, ground conditions, race strategy discussed with the jockey. If you are on course, we accompany you to the paddock and the owners' areas. After the race, a debrief: what went well, what can be improved, and the plan going forward. Race replays are shared within the hour on the group.
